Default page permissions

Other groups than the administrator group should be able to modify the default page.

[Administrator]

By default only the administrator can change the default page.
You can change the rights for that page with phpmyadmin.

Navigate to iware_docs and change 'the added_user' value to the id of the editor.
You can only let users edit the page and not groups.
This is something i want to change in the next version.
